Gucci's New Pre-Fall 2020 Campaign Is A Scene From Sleeping Beauty

Wonderland

GUCCI PRE-FALL 2020

Squirrels, skunks, deer, rabbits: the new campaign is basically a scene out of Sleeping Beauty.

At a time when we might be more used to seeing the inside of the four walls of our homes, Gucci are drenching our feeds with a pastoral paradise filled with free-roaming deer, skunks, rabbits, squirrels and more – and it’s seriously filling us with joy.

Titled #SoDeerToMe, their Pre-Fall 2020 advertising campaign, shot by legendary photographer Alasdair McLellan, is an overt celebration of nature, an homage to both embracing it and protecting it. The fairytale images show a return to the great outdoors, with models interacting with and surrounded by animals (even covered by them), Sleeping Beauty-style.

If you’ve been craving the outside world, these whimsical portraiture vignettes are something to pin to the top of your inspiration board until then.
