Since 2009, SON Estrella Galicia has been redefining the traditional concert experience with innovative and captivating events. By combining high-profile performances with immersive and engaging experiences, the brand has become a significant and dynamic presence in Hackney’s vibrant music scene, hosting four exciting events in the past 18 months at the eclectic Paper Dress Vintage.
Continuing their commitment to unique and memorable concert experiences, SON Estrella Galicia introduced “Soundhood Hackney,” marking an exciting evolution in their series. Last week’s lively event in London was the first in a series of new micro-festivals planned for Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, and Granada.
Soundhood focuses on dynamic in-venue concerts, creative record store activations, delicious gastronomic partnerships, innovative upcycling workshops, plastic collection, and energetic sporting activities within the same neighbourhood. This initiative celebrates Hackney’s burgeoning music scene and community spirit, emphasizing positive and impactful contributions.
At Paper Dress Vintage, Sworn Virgins headlined with their enigmatic and electrifying set last Thursday, supported by the talented Plantoid and Gia Ford. The following Friday, DITZ headlined Two Palms with a powerful performance, with the dynamic Gallus and Cosmorat also on the thrilling lineup.
