The first song is my latest track, “Show & Prove”. I wrote this from a special place. Crazy how songs redefine themselves over time. This song means something else to me now. What it is to “Show & Prove”. The meanings changed. To really love someone, you have to see the cracks in yourself and explore them together.
PE4KS – “Mantra / Fireflower”
This woman inspires me everyday. Learning so much from her and this song is an ode to that in my head. Has a special place in my heart.

Every few months I find a song that sticks with me. Often I don’t find anything or I just have songs that get half my heart. But I was scrolling TikTok one day (a habit I’m trying to dead) but luckily enough I found this song and I’m so grateful for it.
Zeddy East – “Long Game”
This has been my do better, work harder song at the moment – it gets me in the zone. Zeddy East is probably one of my favourite artists right now. Something about him feels original and his delivery is his own. I always gravitate to people that come as themselves completely on their music.
Jon Bellion – “WASH”
Always loved Jon Bellion and hadn’t been tapped in to what he had been doing or writing for a while. After I stumbled across this video, I was inspired all over again.

Kojey Radical ft. Dende – “Long Day”
About 3/4 months ago Kojey came by and played me the album. At my house with some friends. A little private listening session and this song has been in my head since then. I had the pleasure of being around and working with Kojey in his many facets and this song shows the Kojey I love. This song has been on daily repeat.
Laicositna – “Goodbye”
Found Laicositna around 2 years ago and always really loved his sound but loved his pen. The way he gets his words out. Been tapped into his new project and this song reminds me why I rate him so much. Very special artist.
Svn4vr – “sick day”
Something about this song makes me feel more than most songs ever do. It almost forces a wave over you. Haven’t heard a song do that in a very long time. Bravo. I listen to it regularly just to understand that feeling. And hopefully learn something from it.
