A DOUBLE WHAMMY OF IT-GIRL FAVOURITES IN COPENHAGEN

As the cool crowd descends on the Danish capital for Fashion Week, London’s jewellery label Tyger by the Tail joins forces with footwear specialists Dico Copenhagen for an intimate soirée celebrating the next generation of independent fashion.

Copenhagen Fashion Week is known for moving at a slower, cooler pace than its older sisters London, Milan, New York and Paris. But amid the brisk winds slicing through an otherwise sun-drenched SS27 season, there’s an unmistakable sense that you’re witnessing fashion’s next chapter in real time. While the industry’s more established capitals carry the weight of heritage houses and celebrity-packed front rows, Copenhagen has quietly cemented itself as the place where tomorrow’s names emerge first. Not just among designers, but the creatives, stylists and tastemakers shaping the conversation around them.

A calendar that’s less crowded never means less exciting. If anything, it creates space for brands to collaborate, experiment and bring their communities together. That’s exactly what London-based sculptural jewellery label Tyger by the Tail and Danish handcrafted footwear brand Dico Copenhagen had in mind for SS27. Celebrating the growing creative exchange between London and Copenhagen – and the new wave of independent fashion brands defining both cities – the pair took over Soho House Copenhagen on Wednesday evening for an intimate soirée with friends of the brands.

The event coincided with the launch of Tyger by the Tail’s new “Kaleidoscope” collection, a vibrant offering of semi-precious gemstones inspired by the season’s and the city’s appetite for saturated colour. Couldn’t make the guest list? No matter. Wonderland gives you a look at how the night unfolded.
